This episode focuses on what it means to be A Product of Your Environment and gives examples that counter-attack the idea that "there is always a choice."
I use examples of: how kids in lower income neighborhoods grow up with violence and how that adrenaline effects how they grow up compared to children in more affluent neighborhoods. Thus showing that not everyone has the same opportunities.
Another example that I give is in regards to positive and negative self fulfilling prophecies and how that plays a role in the development of youth in either positive or negative environments.
Lastly I give and example of how the police generalize people of color and how people of color generalize police as well. I explain why this is problematic and leads to the composition fallacy.
